Save a Girl Save a Generation is an international non-governmental organization founded in 2007 in Spain and in 2019 in Kenya. Led by women from communities affected by female genital mutilation and forced marriage, the organization is committed to eradicating all forms of gender-based violence, with a particular focus on these harmful practices. Through a rights-based and gender-equality approach, Save a Girl Save a Generation works to promote the well-being and autonomy of women and girls, empowering them to transform their own lives and communities.
