Somalia Association Young Envoy (SAYE)

SAYE is a non-profit, non-political, voluntary humanitarian and development organization established in 2019 in Mogadishu. All our work is based on the overriding principle of social cohesion and inclusivity among all people. The main activities of the organization are to aid communities living in rural areas with food (including cash for food), nutritional supplements, permanent shelter, and anti-cholera and anti-malaria medical treatment. Our primary focus is improving the health, welfare, protection, and nutrition of pregnant and lactating women and their young children.

Their goal in every community is to bring social cohesion among the various clans, tribes, and sub-clans so that they can live in harmony and find peace and stability in their everyday lives. By improving the health and welfare of the people, especially women, it improves their  capacity to be gainfully employed in the agricultural sector, specifically farming and fishing livestock. Also it is important to raise the level of knowledge about farming and fishing techniques to tackle humanitarian crises brought about through conflict, drought and natural disasters.

SAYE aims a country country where social and economic development is afforded to every person free from discrimination, injustice, HIV AIDS sexual violence. A country based on the values of hard-work and inclusionary practices where every family enjoys a life of freedom and dignity.
